It can help with tension, stress, fatigue, and many common health concerns, as well as offering space to deeply rest.
This longer at-home session allows extra time for deeper relaxation and release. We can move through more than one area of focus — whether easing physical discomfort, calming the nervous system, or restoring emotional balance. REST – Ritual: Embodied Sensory Touch (Introductory Offer)
. Duration:1 hr 30 mins··. Price:£75
REST – Ritual: Embodied Sensory Touch
Introductory Offer: £75
To celebrate the introduction of REST, a limited number of sessions will be available at the introductory price of £75 during July, August and September. Standard price from October: £80.
A slower, more spacious and sensory bodywork experience designed for those who feel tired, overwhelmed, emotionally full or disconnected from themselves.
REST weaves together Shiatsu, therapeutic touch, acupressure, reflexology, aromatherapy and The Wave* a gentle somatic bodywork sequence that supports the body to soften beyond habitual tension and holding patterns.
Using grounding touch, gentle movement, rhythmical rocking, head, neck and foot work, stillness and enhanced sensory experiences, the session invites deeper rest, embodied presence and the gentle flow of Qi throughout the body.
There is no pressure to talk, process or perform. Instead, the emphasis is on creating enough space and safety for the body to settle into its own natural rhythm.
Each session unfolds slightly differently, responding intuitively to what the body most needs on the day.
REST is Ideal for those experiencing stress, overwhelm, fatigue, burnout, life transition, emotional exhaustion, or simply a longing to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
A softer place to land,
Space to soften,
Space to settle,
Space to reconnect.
* The Wave is a somatic bodywork methodology developed by Evangeline Di Michele — evangelinedimichele.co.uk
